Endovascular Aneurysm Repair (EVAR) refers to endoluminal or non-surgical abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) repair with a stent graft. Percutaneous Endovascular Aneurysm Repair (PEVAR) specifically refers to AAA repair performed with local anesthesia, percutaneous access to the femoral artery, and a non-surgical repair of the groin or femoral artery.
